Built, not bought
The systems on this site are systems the studio designed. The agents are agents we named. The pipelines are pipelines we tuned. Nothing came out of a box. Everything ships with the receipts

Good Luck Turning Data
Into Emotions
ARENA78 takes the oldest show on earth, one body fighting for a crowd, and cuts it as a brutal cinematic fragment. Shot in anamorphic 2.39:1, sepia bronze monotone, lit by golden hour, torchlight, dust, and fire. The fighter is alone, the crowd is the antagonist. The challenge was keeping the arena constant: stone tiers, bronze light, animal weight, and crowd pressure. The final language comes through location continuity, controlled motion, warm LUT behavior, torch contrast, and a unified bronze grade
Constraint2.39:1 anamorphic locked first. Everything else negotiated against the frame
PaletteSepia bronze monotone. One light register only, golden hour and torch
Cast ruleOne protagonist, mass of extras. The crowd is the antagonist
No singingThe arena breathes, the actor breathes. Music holds back. A prompt held in caps
The body, amplified
KACE is fictional. The editorial system is not. The method is locked in twelve symmetric two figure tableaux, one saturated color per setup, one animal as the third figure in every frame. Casting rotates across age and gender without breaking the grid. A moment. Pose

Chosen, not born
A ship carries two sisters into the heart of Europe. Built in three days across 11 creative tools, chapter one of a sci-fi pilot, cut for a single vertical frame. Suspense the old way
Fleeting identities
Built around the LipSync. Made when mouth-to-audio sync became viable for generative pipelines. Two singer beats, ten couture portraits, one model per shot. And a fish
The weight of nothing
Gold, black, a predictable rhythm. NADA is built on refusal: two-color rule, one protagonist. Baroque interiors treated as costume, fabric rendered down to the microstructure. The closer is nothing

An Operating System from a Modern Studio
MODOS is the workspace the studio runs on. A multi-vendor agent mesh, orchestrated through a single in-house gateway. Each agent has a name, a job, a model, and a constraint. Not a product. Not for sale. A proof in operation, kept private. If you want to see what sovereign-operated, AI-native infrastructure looks like from the inside, this is the surface
Enter the system →The lyric system behind every track
A purpose-built lyric and pre-production system that turns raw ideas, language, emotion, and vocal direction into a locked creative brief, weighing every line for meaning, rhythm, tone, and translation integrity before the audio process brings it to life
In an age of infinite generation, the photograph and the painting have collapsed into the same flat surface. Art and image-making used to demand authorship, intent, and time. Now they are decoration, dismissed before they are read

Direction, production, code, sound, infra. All in one studio. No agency layer, no handoff. End-to-end is the only chain that ships, and that is on purpose
Every agent in this stack has a job, a constraint, and a name. They do part of the work, not the talking. The substance is the studio's. The speed is theirs. The decisions don't blur
Every frame, every render, every mix passes through a color-critical chain. What ships is what was approved on a calibrated panel. The algorithm doesn't get to vote
